The location was handy for accessing nearby attractions. Terri at the front desk provided helpful advice during my stay. Clean sheets made me feel more at ease in my room, which was a relief. However, maintenance issues stood out. The outdoor swimming pool was not filled, which was disappointing. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and I noticed some stains that weren't ideal. A few vending machines were out of order, which was frustrating. Despite some positives, the overall upkeep needed attention.

Family with children not recommended
The location was solid for hitting the spring. Not far from events & easier access. The staff was friendly enough, which helped ease the pain of the stay.
It wasn’t cheap, but still tolerable considering the circumstances.

We stayed 1 night and it was a nightmare. The room had a terrible smell, and I worried about my safety with all the shady folks around. Plus, there was no breakfast, and my dog found something gross on the floor. The picnic area was nice, but everything else? Just a huge letdown.

The savory local pies around Silver Springs are a must-try, bursting with flavor and great for a picnic. Plus, the comfy bedding was decent for snuggling up after a long day exploring!
But boy, it was VERY dirty! Spider webs, sticky floors, and a makeshift curtain made from sheets? Now that’s a hospitality horror tale worth telling. The TV didn't even work. talk about a bummer.

Visiting the Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing was super fun, and the location made it easy to head to Gainesville for a Gators game too. The beds were comfy and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up, make sure you double-check that everything is cleaned well before settling in.
I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. the bathroom could have used more attention, and I found a few stains that weren’t very nice to see.

not a great experience
First off, the place just felt dirty and unwelcoming. The room had a weird smell and the cleanliness was definitely lacking. No breakfast, and it just seemed rundown overall. Terri at the desk was nice, but that didn’t make up for the horrible state of the hotel.
